Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern sales made on the Clic Plaque website for license plates, holders, accessories and related services.

Any order placed on the website implies acceptance of these terms by the customer.

2. Products and conformity

The products offered are described on the website with their main characteristics, price and, where applicable, customization options.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered, especially the plate number. An error confirmed by the customer may make the product unusable.

3. Order

The customer selects the desired products, enters the necessary information and validates the cart.

The order is considered submitted when the customer confirms the requested information and, depending on the chosen method, pays online or validates a request with payment on site.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros. Any delivery costs are specified before order confirmation.

Clic Plaque reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the applicable price is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.

5. Payment

When the customer chooses Bpost delivery or a method requiring online payment, payment may be processed through a secure provider such as Stripe.

For workshop pickup or certain Brussels deliveries, payment may be made in cash upon handover, depending on the option offered during checkout.

The order may be refused or suspended in case of incomplete information, suspected fraud or inability to contact the customer.

6. Pickup and delivery

Workshop pickup takes place in Schaerbeek according to the information sent to the customer after order confirmation.

Brussels delivery and Bpost delivery are offered depending on availability, delivery area, schedule and logistical constraints.

The stated times are estimates. A reasonable delay cannot automatically justify cancellation when the order is already being prepared or customized.

7. Customized products

License plates and customized products are produced according to the information provided by the customer.

In accordance with the rules applicable to goods made to customer specifications, the right of withdrawal may be excluded once production has started.

8. Modification or cancellation

Any modification or cancellation request must be sent quickly to Clic Plaque.

If the order has already been produced, prepared or shipped, Clic Plaque may refuse the modification or cancellation, especially for customized products.

9. Claims

In case of a problem with an order, the customer must contact Clic Plaque within a reasonable time with the necessary information: order number, possible photos and description of the issue.

Clic Plaque will review the request and may offer a correction, replacement or commercial solution when the issue is confirmed.

10. Liability

Clic Plaque cannot be held liable for customer input errors, an incorrect address, delivery impossibility or non-compliant use of the product.

Clic Plaque's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution before any procedure.
